On Sundays in December and January we will be offering a variety of workshops to broaden your horizons on the immense cosmos that is wine. From how it’s made to how to taste it, there will be so much to learn! We hope you will be able to join us widen our wisdom of wine and learn a little bit more about this wet stuff.

Session 2: How Does Wine Change With Food?

Here you will learn just how food affects wine and learn the basics to perfecting your own pairings. We will taste each wine with two different flavors to show how they pull it in opposite directions. Some of these pairings might just surprise you!
