Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our awesome team! We have a robust digital marketing plan in place, and you are the last piece to complete our puzzle. As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for teeing up, kicking off and taking our overall digital marketing strategy to the next level. If spending your days brainstorming new and creative growth strategies to increase sales, reservations, and engagement with our brands sounds like the way you want to spend your day, then join us! Responsibilities

  • Build, plan, implement, analyze, manage, and report on the overall digital marketing strategy, including brainstorming creative digital growth strategies
  • Update and manage website content for company websites and shopping cart, including ensuring the websites are always optimized for search engines and accessible for all customers, as well as maintaining content on 3rdparty eCommerce and digital platforms
  • Plan, create, and execute targeted email and text message campaigns. Analyze email performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Plan and implement digital advertising (including Google ad-words) and digital couponing programs on various platforms; analyze performance, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate on social media activities with our Marketing Coordinator to ensure all digital marketing strategies are aligned and act as the Social media backup for our Marketing Coordinator
  • Assist with other general marketing activities as assigned, collaborating with both internal teammates and external agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field plus 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, or commensurate experience 
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Proven experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferred (primarily Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Passionate about food, wine, and hospitality!

This is primarily a remote position that will require the ability to be onsite as needed.

 

TR Associate – Part and Full Time

Our Tasting Room is looking to add tasting room associates to join us on our vineyard in the heart of Oregon’s wine country. Our team members are responsible for making sure we are providing a meaningful tasting experience to our guests.

Your days on the Estate include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging customers with knowledge of Sokol Blosser brands and products through our story
  • Providing a high level of hospitality and customer service while serving guests on-site
  • Actively pursuing and achieving team and individual sales goals
  • Hosting guest tours and private tastings if needed

Looking for a key player who has:

  • Passion for delivery of hospitality experiences in wine, retail, restaurant, etc.
  • An interest about wine and the wine/food lifestyle 
  • Working knowledge or wants to learn about Oregon wines
  • Skills to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Creative thinking skills and can think outside the box
  • Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, twist and move for long periods of time
  • Ability to obtain an OLCC server’s permit and food handler’s card
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings throughout the year

TR Host – Part and Full Time

Our Tasting Room is looking to add a full-time host to join us on our vineyard in the heart of Oregon’s wine country. Our host is the face of Sokol Blosser who sets the tone for a meaningful tasting experience and ensures our guests are well taken care of.

Your days on the Estate include, but are not limited to:

  • Portraying the winery’s image in presentation of an exceptional customer experience
  • Setting the tone for an excellent customer experience and hospitality within the Tasting Room
  • Resolving customer concerns quickly and proactively
  • Promptly answering phones and in a professional manner
  • Keeping the reservation system straight and orchestrating the daily flow of the tasting room
  • Maintaining a clean environment and helps with ongoing cleanup of the tasting room

Looking for a key player who has:

  • 1+ years hospitality experience (wine, retail, restaurant, etc.)
  • Passion about wine and the wine/food lifestyle
  • Ability to work well with all types of customers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Possesses or able to obtain an OLCC server’s permit and food handler’s card
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings throughout the year

TR Support – Par and Full Time

Our Tasting Room is looking to add a support staff member to join us on our vineyard in the heart of Oregon’s wine country. Our support team is responsible for making sure our back of the house runs smooth in order ensure we are providing the best experience to our guests.

Your days on the Estate include, but are not limited to:

  • Preps and serves food to support our culinary program and wine sales
  • Assist with inventory count, stock and order as needed: dishware, cutlery, cooking supplies, packaging supplies, dry goods and other foods as needed for the program
  • Participate and maintain the organization of the kitchen
  • Fulfill wine purchase orders and assist guest with carrying their purchases
  • Clean, clear, and stock glassware and dishes
  • Clear glasses and dishes as needed from tables
  • Floor care; sweeping and mopping
  • Empty all trash and recycling as needed; removed from building and placed in the dumpster prior to departing
  • Assist in set up and take down of winery events including chairs, tables, service ware, tents, etc.
  • Assist in guiding guests to the proper tasting areas on site

Looking for a key player who has:

  • Kitchen and dishwashing experience
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Able to prioritize and stay organized
  • Able to lift and carry 45 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, reach, twist and move for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work weekends and evenings throughout the year
  • Able to use a knife and other apparatuses to prepare and serve food
  • Able to use kitchen cooking equipment
  • Possess or able to obtain an OLCC server’s permit and food handler’s card
