Online Concert 1: Beethoven @ Sokol Blosser – August 13,  4pm PDT from Sokol Blosser Winery tasting room

Pull up a seat next to your best speakers, or take our live performance with you to the coast! This program features Beethoven’s famous C Minor String Quartet, alongside the return Golijov’s Tenebrae and the irreverent grooves of Gabriella Smith’s Carrot Revolution.

From the sunny, wood lined modern design of Sokol Blosser’s tasting room to your home! The program opens with Gabriella Smith’s high intensity Carrot Revolution, followed by the impressionist colors of Germaine Tailleferre’s String Quartet, and Golijov’s sublime Tenebrae. The program will conclude with Joel Thompson’s socially charged In Response to the Madness, and Beethoven’s turbulent, yet ultimately triumphant String Quartet in C minor, Op. 18 No. 4.
