Sokol Blosser is excited to partner with Cookin' Class PDX for a special Winemaker's dinner. In this special event, you'll learn how to cook perfectly seared salmon with sherry beurre blanc, dill oil, a bright pickled fennel salad, and a silky lemon posset for dessert. Each dish you make (and enjoy) will be paired with one of our Estate wines that will highlight the flavors of each dish. While you enjoy each food and wine pairing, a Sokol Blosser representative will guide you through each pairing and host a Q&A, giving you the chance to learn more about the wines, the winery, and what makes each pairing shine.
