Farm & Forage Table Experience

An award-winning, wine-paired food experience celebrating Oregon’s bounty.

Farm and Forage: A True Taste of Place

Each of the six courses is thoughtfully crafted from ingredients grown on our estate or sourced from local purveyors—nettle, mushroom, hazelnut, peaches, and more—paired with wines that share the same roots. This immersive experience celebrates the character of the Dundee Hills and the creativity of Executive Chef Jesus Natera and our culinary team.

Set at a shared table with warm vineyard views and open skies, it offers an intimate connection to place, plate, and pour.

Farm and Forge is offered Friday-Sunday at 1pm. Pricing is $174 per person for general admission and $154 per club member (up to four seats). A 20% service fee is automatically added at booking.

Wine Pairings

Each course is thoughtfully paired with wines that reflect both the season and the spirit of the estate. From elegant whites and nuanced rosés to structured reds and special releases, every pairing is designed to elevate the dish and deepen the connection between plate and pour.

Whether it’s a crisp Sauvignon Blanc alongside a farm-fresh salad or a library Pinot Noir paired with salmon, each combination is curated to highlight the best in both the food and the wine.

Experience the Forage: Seasonal Immersion

We debuted Experience the Forage this January, and the response has been incredible. Now, we invite you to join us for our upcoming immersions.

Led by Executive Chef Jesus, this quarterly, limited-capacity culinary experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at our nationally acclaimed Farm & Forage program, recently named the #2 Best Winery Restaurant in the country by USA Today’s 10Best.

Each immersion is shaped by the season, evolving across the estate to reflect what’s growing, being harvested, and inspiring the menu at that moment—ensuring no two events are ever the same.

This experience is equivalent to a heavy lunch.

We kindly ask for no substitutions. The bites you will sample are carefully crafted to bring out the best in our wines and we don’t have the ingredients on hand to make substitutions. (*dietary requests may be made for full party buy-outs)

Sampling wine is an essential part of our Farm & Forage experience so we ask that all guests are at least 21 years of age. We also cannot offer a discounted rate for guests who do not plan to sample the wines.

Every year USA Today puts out a list of 20 of the top winery restaurants in the country and readers vote on the top 10. Farm & Forage has been in the top 10 for seven years running and this year we were named #2!
