Work With Purpose

Join a team rooted in sustainability, community, and a shared love for Oregon wine.

About Sokol Blosser

Located in the heart of the Dundee Hills in Oregon wine country, we are proud to be one of the state’s remaining pioneering wineries that is still family-owned and operated. We are deeply committed to crafting world-class wines that express the character of our hillside vineyards.

Our commitment extends beyond the vineyard. As a certified B Corporation, we prioritize sustainability, community, and responsible business practices. Our barrel cellar is LEED certified, and our estate vineyard is certified organic—reflecting our dedication to being good stewards of the land.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to contribute your experience, bring forward new ideas, and make a meaningful impact, we invite you to submit your resume and cover letter.

Harvest Internships

If you have calloused hands, steel-toed boots, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

We’re a 54-year-old, second-generation winery in the Willamette Valley, producing a range of wines—from classic Pinot Noir to emerging varieties like Gamay and Sauvignon Blanc—along with an expanding sparkling program.

Do we have the world’s cutest winery cats? Yes. Absolutely.

But we’re also a team of dedicated, down-to-earth people who work hard, make great wine, and enjoy the process along the way. If you appreciate a good day’s work, a cold beer after, and the occasional baked treat, take a look at the details below and send us your résumé or CV.
