Winter Wine Workshops: Let’s talk about bubbles!

$20On Sundays in December and January we will be offering a variety of workshops to broaden your horizons on the immense cosmos that is wine. From how it’s made to how to taste it, there will be so much to learn! We hope you will be able to join us widen our wisdom of wine and learn a little bit more about this wet stuff.

Do you know just what makes our sparkling wine pop? Come join Robin Hawley, our associate winemaker, as she explains why we cherish the champagne method and why sur lie aging is all the rage. We’ll sip some samples along the way so you’ll really get to understand what make sparkling wines so special!
