The ultimate food and wine pairing experience!
Following our “good to the earth” motto, we source from local purveyors and also forage on our property, often finding mushrooms, nettles, salad greens, and more. Our chef, Travis Bird, creates a 6-course tasting menu to provide a culinary experience you won’t forget.
Farm & Forage will be offered on various Saturday evenings during April, May, and June. The experience will begin at 6pm with a splash of our sparkling wine and an amuse bouche as guests arrive. Tables will be set in the Main Tasting Room where the 6-course tasting menu paired with six wines, from current releases to special library selections, will be served. Because we will be able to seat parties separately, we can accommodate groups from 2- 6 people. (As always, all guests must be 21+ to attend). Space will be limited as our maximum seating capacity is 15.

Seats are $155/ $115 club per person (up to four guests)
Seating is limited and reservations are required. Reservations will be confirmed with the seat purchase. Any changes or cancellations must be made one week prior to the experience to receive a refund.
*Private evening bookings for parties of 6-15 guests are also available. (Groups will be seated at more than one table depending on current COVID guidelines).

Tips for a wonderful tasting
- Give yourself plenty of driving time – Guests running more than 15 minutes behind will be asked to reschedule.
- We kindly ask for no substitutions – The bites you will sample are carefully crafted to bring out the best in our wines. Because we aren’t a restaurant we don’t have the ingredients on hand to make substitutions.
- Under 21 – Sampling wine is an essential part of our Farm & Forage experience so we ask that all guests are at least 21 years of age. We also cannot offer a discounted rate for guests who do not plan to sample the wines.
