dried raspberry. On the palate, the cherry becomes darker, as the fruits and spice are
joined by oyster mushrooms. This wine will pair with seared king trumpet mushrooms and beef tenderloin.

What is a boy to do when his favorite boyhood climbing tree is ruthlessly chopped down by his father in the name of grape growing? Well, Alex Sokol Blosser is still trying to figure that one out. Until then, Alex drinks Big Tree Pinot Noir and thinks about climbing the strong limbs of a solitary, beautiful, and graceful Big Leaf Maple Tree that used to lie smack dab in the middle of a block of Pinot Noir.
Our 2018 Big Tree Block Estate Pinot Noir has a light and floral nose with bright fruit. The palate has dark cherry, pomegranate, and rhubarb notes. This wine pairs well with classic dishes such as chicken Marsala and steak au poivre.

Our 2018 Goosepen Block Estate Pinot Noir exhibits fragrances of black cherry, licorice and leather, with more cherry and licorice on the palate followed by a dash of clove. This wine pairs really well with anything off the grill, from rib eye cap to portobello mushrooms.

Our 2018 Orchard Block Estate Pinot Noir has notes of tobacco, pomegranate, raspberry and black cherry on the nose, as well as a subtle hint of chantrelle and nutmeg. On the palate, pomegranate and raspberry shine through with red cherries and a subtle dash of clove. A delicate Pinot Noir, the 2018 Orchard Block has lower tannins and brighter acidity. This wine pairs with creamy dishes such as Cacio e Pepe and mushroom dishes like wild mushroom risotto or roasted cauliflower with truffles.

Our 2018 Peach Tree Block Estate Pinot Noir has a nose that is rich with matsutake mushrooms, clove
and dark fruit. This wine has a complex mouthfeel with notes of black cherry, plums and spice.
It is smooth and round, with a hint of tobacco on the finish. This wine pairs beautifully with lamb tajine, shwarma, and is perfect for Mediterranian appetizers such as olive tapenade and salty cheeses.
On the nose, Watershed Block shows black cherry, blackberry and pomegranate, as well as leather, tobacco, mushroom, and a little cola. The palate is ripe with the same blackberry and pomegranate, as well as leather, fresh cedar, and a bright finish. The moderate tannins of this wine that would pair well with a roasted leg of lamb with pomegranate molasses and cipollini agridolce, as well as cedar plank salmon with fresh blackberry sauce.
