1st course / Evolution Brut Sparkling

3rd course / 2016 Evolution Chardonnay
Broiled sword fish, Sicilian salmoriglio sauce, duck fat fried fingerling potato broccoli rabe hash.
4th course / Dundee Hill Estate Pinot Noirs 2013 & 2014
Smoked duck ravioli, parsnip taleggio cream sauce, black currant blackberry pinot reduction smoked duck breast.
