My husband and I just tried Evolution in Walla Walla, Washington at a wine bar and fell in love with it. I found it at our local grocery store that has a great wine selection. The best white wine I've had in a long time. Thanks! |

My sister-in-law brought a bottle of Evolution to one of our dinner parties. She chose the wine because she thought the label on the bottle was unique. Little did we know how wonderful the wine would be. Evolution is now ranked as one of our favorites. Can't wait to stop at the winery on our next trip to Portland. |

Perhaps, one of the most enjoyable wines I have ever had. I am unsure of the Edition that was originally discovered in a restaurant in Cincinnati, but, well, I am hooked. I have pursued Evolution no matter which wine store, or wine retailed I shop. Bravo for a wonderful treat to one's palate! |

I first tasted this amazing in Chicago while attending a professional conference last May. I tried in vain to locate a distributor in Delaware, but when out at a local restaurant almost one year later, I found it on the menu and had a wonderful reunion. Now trying to find a way to allow me to get it shipped to me LEGALLY! |

I had this wine for the first time on Thanksgiving. My Brother brought it over, I love the label, it is a great conversational piece in itself. The wine was unbelievable, light, crisp, lightly sweet, it took me by surprise, and it went well with turkey and all the trimings. |

One word describes this wine...Perfection! My husband and I were introduced to this wine based on a wonderful recommendation from our waiter at The Melting Pot in Charlottesville, VA. We were there wine tasting for the weekend and were "all wined out" for dinner and just wanted water for dinner. He recommended Evolution and gave us a sample. Needless to say, we ordered a bottle, then immediately bought 4 more bottles. This wine is a such a perfect blend, and no words do it justiece...crisp, clean, refreshing, smooth, light are only a few that come to mind. Thank you for such a great wine. |

The funky label got our attention but the wine itself hooked us the rest of the way! Better make sure you buy it in trios: one for preparing the meal, one for drinking with it and the final one for celebrating your cooking skills and choice of wine afterwards. |

My wife and I were introduced to Evolution about three years ago at the EVOO at Cannon Beach, OR. It was paired with crab cakes. It's such a great pairing that it is the only wine that will be served in our home with crab cakes! We joined the wine club immediately and we, to our delight, found that our local grocery store, the Metropolitan Market in Federal Way, WA, carries it. |

I am not a white wine fan HOWEVER, this is the best, most refreshing white wine ever. It is a great summer wine and we often put a few fresh blueberries in the glass. I have not found any wine that compares to this one. I now order it by the case. You won't be dissapointed. |

This is my new favorite thing to drink! I bought it at my local liquor store in South Jersey, looking for a white to go with a nice Sunday dinner on the deck. Tired of Pinot Grigio and Chardonay, I bought this with NO knowledge what I was buying, just to try it. WOW. This wine has FLAVOR. It's just right. Thanks so much Sokol Blosser. |

I honestly can not tell you how many years it has been since I first tried Evolution. It was the first sip that stole my palette and I am making no plans as to when I will take pour my last. When I added it to a wine list in upstate NY, I could not keep it in stock. To this day, I recommend it to all of my friends (actually, to anyone I meet) and I always bring it to dinner parties. It is an honest, crisp, refreshing flavor that is an excellent cross over wine for those who prefer reds. If your local wine shop sells it, I suggest you buy two ... just to be safe! |

I first experienced Evolution 9 approx. 7 yrs ago in Phoenix, AZ. at a sushi restaurant called Zen 32. I rarely order wine and this was recommended because it is light, not too fruity-sweet, and goes great with sushi and dessert. I have lived in several states since then and always have to search for wine stores that carry Sokol Blosser wines. Now I just save time and order it online because I know I'm getting a great wine. Same with the Meditrina red. I know that people are catching on because it is becoming more popular. I do notice very subtle differences in each years' batches, but one thing remains consistent; the great crisp, light, and versatile flavor of Evolution 9. I hope S.B.W. keeps this wine around for years to come! |

This is a true story and not your typical review because this wine is not your typical white wine...After a fantastic day skiing at Jackson Hole, boy and girl look over at a very inviting Four Seasons with outdoor fireplace and a table with a view of the peaks. Time to order a bottle of wine, the girl orders a bottle of non-disclosed white to please boy as she prefers red. Boy overrules and orders Evolution after waiter describes the smell of the wine the way you want your girlfriend to smell. After girl gets over herself for being overruled, the two enjoy this fantastic wine with a plate of perfectly paired artesan cheeses, floral but not too much. Boy will receive a surprise case from girl because girl really enjoyed the wine and the company. The bottom line of this story/review--try this wine, be open to a new experience, good things will happen and you will enjoy it. |

My husband and I discovered this curvaceous beauty at the new ROTI Tokyo MidTown and matched it with corriander and sesame flavored Bang Bang Chicken Salad. The intriguing mega-blend is a whole basket of ripe summer fruit flavors, which stays crisp and refreshing right to the bottom of the glass.(or bottle) When I teach wine at university, Evolution is always on the blind tasting wine list. Goes with sushi and Fusion food in Japan, goes with German-style food back home in the MidWest. |

I have yet to try the 11th Edition, But i do have two bottels off 10th editon in my wine fridge and boy are they some kick ass white wines. For a long time i had stopped drinking white be cause Pinot Grigio started to get boering and i am your typical ABC drinker (unless the Chardonnay is un-oaked) then i stumbled upon Viogner and i was suddenly back into drinking whites again. I stated ordering the A.B.C Flights when at wine bars looking for other good Viogners or interesting whites. Long story short i found Evolution on a flight with Chenin Blanc (Chard-No-Way) and a Alsace Gewurztraminer. As soon as the bartender came back by and said how is the flight, i pointed to the glass with Evolution in it and said please bring me a full glass of this it is awsome. Ever since then it has become one of my Favorite white blends and one of my favorite white wines. |

I volunteered at the Vancouver (WA) Wine & Jazz festival and had the good fortune to be assigned to the Sokol Blosser booth for both of my shifts. People LOVED this wine, so of course I had to try it to see what all the fuss was about. I agreed, it was something to rave about--especially on a hot summer day. I would have bought an entire case, but we sold out. (I did end up buying the last case of Meditrina, which was also wonderful.) The Sokol Blosser booth sold out of EVERYTHING. In my 3 years of volunteering at the festival, this is the first time that's happened! Many thanks to Scott, the SB wine rep, who was very knowledgeable. I'm planning to bring my friends on a little wine tasting trip to Dundee. I can't wait! |

Now Evolution 10 is out and I never got to try Evolution 9! I know I am missing out! This wine is fantastic! The perfect wine for dinner and goes with all types of food. We will be ordering many bottles! Many thanks for a great tasting wine! |

I recently had dined at Capital Grille in Troy, Michigan, and was recommended EVOLUTION by the waiter. Needless to say, it was awesome, and the rest of the table enjoyed it very much too!! We went through 2 bottles at dinner, and I am hoping to find a local store which carries it. EVOLUTION is a REVOLUTION in white wine!! |

I am normally a big red drinker, but this white is excellent! It is a great summer wine that goes with just about anything. The biggest problem is that it is hard to find in my area. When I do, I buy it all! |

After having recently taken over ownership of a Lakeland FL Italian restaurant, we decided one of the first orders of business was to expand our wine list and among whites to be added, Evolution was a unanimous choice among the group. For our eclectic Northern Italian menu few wines are so versatile. Thank you Sokol Blosser for making my job a little easier and a lot more fun! |

this wine is like that guy in high school that everyone wanted to be friends with for his dynamic yet true-to-self personality. if this wine were a painter, its canvas might harken pablo picasso in the north, vincent van gough in the east, jan vermeer in the south, and charles schulz in the west . played like a record on a phonograph, this wine might sound like chopin's most delicate chord, played hopefully on a crisp polish morning, for only the happiest blade of oat grass to hear, so that it might remember that chord later on and sing it for his dusky acquaintance, the furtively footloose firefly. this wine ought to be served at the assemblies of the G-8, and at the clandestine trysts between the romeos and juliets of the world. it should accompany the spaghetti and meatballs served to a lady and a tramp. this wine solves the troublesome variance in speed between light and sound, suggesting they make like lemons and cherries, so that sonic boom might sell for a nickel on a mid-summer night to quench the romance-parched tastebuds of the misunderstood. we ate walk-along-the-beach, medium-rare, with moonlight jus, followed by a dessert of starlight (two forks) and drank evolution... or luck? |

I have Evolution on my wine list. When a guest requests my assistants with a wine pairing, I will often refer to Evolution as the perfect clean wine that goes with just about everything on our Louisiana menu. Dallas Vogel The Diamond Grill, Alexandria, Louisiana |

Evolution 9 was a featured wine at Longwood Garden's full-service restaurant when I was there for dinner this past Tuesday. What a pleasant treat! It's a perfect summer wine ... so crisp it almost sparkles. Now my challenge is to find out if it's sold here in Pennsylvania's state stores. If not, I'll gladly make a trip to Delaware to stock up. |

My good friend and I had a great lunch today in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. We got a bottle of Evolution to go along with our fish. Wow! It is definitely a great tasting wine. I will be buying many more bottles of this wine. You won't regret trying this wine - Enjoy!!!!!! |

I picked up a bottle at Fresh Market to go with sauteed Cod and pasta. Great blend that is refreshing and balanced. Best when chilled. Perfect for the hot humid Ohio summers. Thanks for the recent tour at Pinot Camp. |

I co-own a spirits shop and we recently chose to carry this wine. While writing up the store label, I came across the enthusiastic responses on this web site and decided to try the wine. I am not fan of white wines, but this is undoubtedly the best white wine ever! So many different flavors in each mouthful. Also, as the wine temp changes within the glass, even more nuances appear and the wine becomes less dry. It's almost like a totally different wine with each temperature change. It's hard to describe the experience, but trust that we will encourage our wine patrons to try this wine. No doubt, we will be selling a lot of Evolution. Don't lose the recipe! |

My first encounter with this unique blend was while I was waiting tables. It is rare for me to come across this versital wine while dining out. To my suprise we were out a local Italian eatery and behold, it was on the list. There was no doubt in my mind what we would be drinking that evening. I even had our waitress taste and turned her onto to suggesting it to other patrons. KUDOS!!! |

We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary and Ruth's Chris this past Friday night and chose this wine from the menu, as it was listed more or less as the house. We loved it so much we went through two bottles over dinner and after stealing the cork because it had the web address on it, now I'm at the website to try an buy more! |

We found your winery and Evolution while on a trip to Oregon a few summers ago. I fell in love with Evolution and I'm very happy to report that I can get it here where I live in AZ. It makes a fabulous gift when we are invited to a dinner party or even just a party. Our friends are now Evolution converts. I'm anxious to try Evolution 10! |

I had dinner at The Mango Room in Kansas City, MO. The owner recommended Evolution and we fell in love with it. I have been looking for it since then. If you have not tried it, you are missing something special! |

Recently a freind and I had dinner at Ruth's Chris in Greensboro, NC. Our baretender recommended a table wine (Evolution 9) and the rest is history. We have both been surching for this wine ever since. It was a great taste and I am determined to get it to my wife as she loves a good table wine. That is what brought me to your web site. |

We were served something new 2 weeks ago at dinner in Dallas. Our waiter said we would like it. It was Evolution and he was correct. We love it, but can't find it at our favorite wine and spirits store. A unique, yet not extremely fruity flavor. |

I tried it at Vino 100 in Dallas and if you're looking for a light refreshing wine that goes with everything including hot days and nights, look for the "E", You will never go back to what you were drinking before. |
