Tank You Very Much!
On Tuesday we had a tank invasion here at Sokol Blosser Winery. Four long awaited 10,500 gallon tanks were delivered to the side of the Winery nearest the Barrel Cellar. These huge tanks will be used primarily for blending and bottling our white blend, Evolution, allowing us to increase our case production significantly (good news for all you Evolution lovers out there!).

The tanks arrived via truck first thing in the morning on Tuesday.
