It takes 9 wines to create the 9th edition of a very special wine. Is it any coincidence that we've also had 9 straight days of rain? 9 seems to be a special theme here, and we think it's a pretty special number. So special in fact that we feel the need to celebrate, and we hope you'll join us. Save the date - July 23rd. It's the release of Evolution, 9th edition and a benefit for SOLV . Think of it as the 9th birthday party of your favorite wine.
Today we begin bottling the 9th edition of Evolution. If all goes well, we will bottle for - yep, you guessed it - 9 days. Of course, we have 9 workers running and managing the bottling line. And it's the 18th of the month (that counts since it's divisible by 9). Now the last one... the age of our winemaker is also divisible by 9. I'll let you figure that one out yourself.
